You may order a custom made Life Tribute Video to be played at the memorial service of your loved one. This DVD becomes a treasured keepsake that the family will cherish forever. Select up to 75 pictures in the order of your choice to be inserted into the keepsake video, then we add animation to the montage. One copy of the DVD in a DVD Case, and a custom label on the DVD.
If planning for an honorably discharged deceased veteran, we will need a copy of the DD214 Military Branch Discharge Form for obtaining the following (check all that are requested):
- United States Interment Flag
- Military Honors from appropriate branch of service
- VA Military Grave Marker
- Scheduling Interment / Placement in a State Veterans or National Cemetery
- Assistance in filing for Military (disability) Burial Benefits
